Challenges to Women’s Access to Education and Possible Solutions
Women’s education is not only a fundamental human right but also a cornerstone of sustainable development and the comprehensive advancement of organizations and societies. Despite significant changes across various aspects of human life, numerous barriers continue to limit women’s full access to educational opportunities. This article employs a descriptive-analytical approach to identify the key challenges facing women’s education in developing societies, particularly Afghanistan. The findings indicate that economic poverty, rigid cultural traditions, insecurity, and the lack of strategic planning are among the most significant barriers. Finally, several solutions are proposed to improve the current situation, including the use of modern technologies, reform of management structures, and promotion of participatory education.
