Tolerance Caravan
Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) launched a new initiative under the title of “Tolerance Caravan” project which is a series of different academics’ programs which has mainly designed for university students and will empower and educate approximately more than 30,000 individuals directly/ indirectly for next two years in all provinces of Afghanistan.
“Tolerance Caravan” included below initiatives:
- Publishing an investigatory scientific book,
- Leadership Academy for Women & entrepreneurship competitions
- Organizing online webinars
- Producing different radio program about pluralism and promoting values of free society and distributing stickers and brochures in order to promote the ideas of liberty, peace, and tolerance
- Conducting of academic researches and collecting of Afghan youths’ ideas about the aforementioned ideas
The key goal of this project is to promote peace, tolerance, liberty, pluralism, modernism, fighting against radicalism and other values of free society as well as the compatibility of these values with the teachings of the holy religion of Islam.
