Entrepreneurship Center Marks International Youth Day with Entrepreneurship Seminar
The Entrepreneurship Center marked International Youth Day by bringing young Afghans together for a virtual seminar focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and turning ideas into practical opportunities.
Held online via Google Meet, the Entrepreneurship Seminar 2026 featured expert sessions on leadership and opportunities for young women, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment, and market research.
Dr. Manizha Ramizy, speaking on leadership and opportunities for young women, highlighted the importance of confidence, initiative, and recognizing opportunities despite existing challenges. Hanif Farzan discussed etrepreneurship as a means of empowering young people and strengthening their economic participation.
The seminar also explored the practical side of entrepreneurship. Abdul Qaher Beheshti emphasized the role of market research in developing successful businesses, encouraging participants to understand customer needs, market demand, and competition before turning an idea into a business.
The Open Tribune provided an opportunity for participants to share their experiences, reflections, and key lessons from the discussions.
