The right to access information in the light of human rights and legal system of Afghanistan
Nowadays, access to information is one of the important and basic topics that have been considered in international documents and different legal systems of the world. Although the principle of right of access to information is also accepted in Afghanistan; But according to the law of access to information, the freedom of information is not absolute and there are restrictions on it.
On the other hand, the right to access to information in Afghanistan has had many variations with legal developments, and in this article I try to examine the right to access to information and its limitations, taking into account the basics and the course of its evolution.
