The Women’s Leadership Academy, an initiative of the Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organisation (AELSO), brings Afghanistan women together in a supportive learning environment to learn, connect, experiment with ideas, and turn knowledge into action.
After 10 successful rounds, we are excited to welcome a new group of Afghanistan women to the 11th Round of the Women’s Leadership Academy.

The Academy is designed to fit your interests and schedule. You are not required to attend all 10 sessions. Choose the sessions that are most relevant to your goals, attend the topics you are interested in, and learn at your own pace.
Every completed session comes with its own certificate.
You can join one session, several sessions, or all 10 and benefit from the Academy in a way that works best for you.
