Women’s Leadership Fellowship – AELSO
The Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO), through its Women’s Leadership Academy, is proud to offer the Women’s Leadership Fellowship. This program provides a valuable opportunity for Afghan women to strengthen their personal and professional capacities by developing essential skills in leadership, advocacy, human dignity, and entrepreneurship.
The fellowship is designed to instill core values of human dignity, social prosperity, and economic development, preparing participants to become effective and inspiring leaders within their communities.
By the end of the program, participants will not only acquire the practical knowledge and skills needed for professional growth, but also gain the ability to take concrete steps toward launching their own ventures. Additionally, through AELSO’s annual entrepreneurship camp, participants will have the opportunity to present their ideas, compete for resources, and receive support to bring their projects to life.
