Capacity building training for other Afghanistan-based think tanks (who are also working for the promotion of libertarian ideas) in order to equip them with the ideas of liberty, peace, and toleration and educate them to effectively work for their mission in Afghanistan.
Duration:
Each of these capacity building training sessions will be conducted in 5 days of the week from 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM and total the hours of the aforementioned events will be: 9 hours.
Topics and Formats:
AELSO as the lead libertarian think tank of Afghanistan noted that most of the NGOs or think tanks who are working also for the promotion of libertarian ideas are in lack of proper knowledge about the country and also they don’t know to exactly what they should do for promotion of these ideas. Considering to this AELSO team that has more than 18 years’ experience on the promotion of libertarian ideas in Afghanistan; plan to by these trainings enhance and educate the think tanks leaders of Afghanistan in order to they should work in a proper way for promotion of these ideas.
The formats of these capacity building training are giving of lectures/presentations by speakers and trainers, discussion and also sharing of our key successes with them through one of our key members. The topics of these capacity building training are about the education of the free society values for the think tanks leaders and members along with the below skills in order to they work in a proper way for their missions in Afghanistan and we as the lead libertarian think tank of Afghanistan strengthen their capacities:
Organization management, time management, administrative skills, marketing, identifying of proper audience, working under challengeable circumstances of Afghanistan, fundraising, proposal writing, publication/writing skills, research methodologies, advocacy methodologies and skills, public speaking skills, leadership skills, conflict resolutions skills, gender equality, making of mission and vision, making of next ten years goals, core purpose and core audience, social media and advocacy campaigns and other important skills which will lead them to the next step of leadership and leading of their think tanks.
Participants/Speakers:
The participants of these capacity building training will be members and leaders of Afghanistan’s think tanks. These capacity building training will enhance the capacity of at least 12 think tanks leaders and management team who are working in Afghanistan but don’t know exactly to how effectively they can work for education and promotion of the free society values in the country. AELSO will be playing its role as lead libertarian think tanks in Afghanistan and pave the way for other think tanks that they should also work in a proper way in fighting for freedom.
Each of these capacity building training has 5 trainers and one scholar from AELSO board of directorate as the speaker.
