Ghazni Youths Learned the Entrepreneurial Ideas to Tackle Poverty in Afghanistan

Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) in partnership with Khatam Al-Nabieen University- Ghazni organized Entrepreneurship Seminar in Ghazni province. This series of seminars aimed to explore entrepreneurship as an effective tool to combat poverty and contribute to the economic development of Afghanistan. Additionally, to present guideline and information about the Entrepreneurship Camp 2024 which will be conducted by AELSO to support financially and technically the youth’s elite and practical entrepreneurial ideas.

The seminar kicked off with an in-depth discussion on entrepreneurship and its capacity to mitigate poverty in Afghanistan. Speakers delved into the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial culture for fostering economic growth and development in the country.

Various speakers and trainers shed light on the fundamental role of entrepreneurship in driving sustainable economic progress. They emphasized the need for innovative thinking, risk-taking, and resilience among aspiring entrepreneurs to navigate the challenges prevalent in Afghanistan’s business landscape.

“The Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) is the flagbearer of knowledge and entrepreneurial skills in Afghanistan. Before AELSO’s initiatives, no one in the country was familiar with the concept of entrepreneurship.” Dr. Hossein Habibi, the Chancellor of Khatam Al-Nabieen University- Ghazni, said.

As part of the seminar, attendees were provided with detailed guidelines and information about the upcoming Entrepreneurship Camp 2024. The camp aims to provide practical training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to aspiring entrepreneurs and Afghanistan’s youths, equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge and financial capacity to launch and sustain successful business ventures.

The seminar featured networking sessions where participants had the opportunity to engage with trainers, ask questions, and share their insights and experiences related to entrepreneurship.

During this seminar, the trainers and organizers endeavored to inspire and empower youth and students by offering valuable insights, guidance, and networking opportunities. The ultimate goal was to encourage them to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors and contribute to the socio-economic prosperity of Afghanistan.
