Entrepreneurship Seminar, initiated by the Afghanistan Economic & Legal Studies Organization in collaboration with the Malalay Institute of Higher Education, in Kandahar province. The seminar aimed to introduce and identify opportunities, as well as harness existing entrepreneurial opportunities, in line with economic development, prosperity, and poverty alleviation efforts in Afghanistan.

In this program, more than 150 young individuals, university professors, Malalay University leadership, AELSO Team and students from various public and private universities participated.

Initially, the discussion revolved around the strategic vision of the Afghanistan Economic & Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) regarding entrepreneurship and prosperity. The speakers also explored the role of universities in promoting and institutionalizing the knowledge of entrepreneurship and prosperity in Afghanistan.

In the second part, seminar trainer discussed entrepreneurship and its requirements. They presented practical solutions for entrepreneurship, effective strategies for achieving economic development, prosperity, and poverty reduction through education and institutionalization of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in Afghanistan. They provided participants with practical and up-to-date insights.

Continuing, the perspectives and responses of participants were addressed, and the youth were encouraged to take action using practical solutions for entrepreneurship and combating poverty in Afghanistan. The Afghanistan Economic & Legal Studies Organization and its strategic partners support the entry of young people into the market as new entrepreneurs. In support of economic initiatives by young entrepreneurs, the Entrepreneurship Camp 2024 will be competitively held among students from all collaborating universities.

Ezatullah Ekhpelwak, one of the program participants, said to the youth of the country: “We appreciate the effective programs of the AELSO organization and collaborating institutions in the entrepreneurship sector, which have supported us in the path of fostering entrepreneurial thinking and its development.”

In the final section, the latest books of the Afghanistan Economic & Legal Studies Organization, were presented to Malalay university leadership and professors, and certificates were handed out to the program participants.
