Investigating the impact of training on the productivity of human resources in educational organizations

The main purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of training on the productivity of human resources in educational organizations, in which a descriptive and causal-comparative method was used. The tool used in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire based on Klein’s conceptual model and based on the Likert scale. The statistical population of this research includes (832) professors and administrative employees of seven faculties of Kabul University, of which (284) professors and administrative employees were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The findings of this research show that there is a significant relationship between human resource efficiency and training in educational organizations, or in other words, training has had a direct effect on human resources in educational organizations.
