That includes strengthening the institutions of a free-market economy, such as clear definition of, and respect, for property, and promotion of freedom of expression, toleration, human rights, and civil peace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We are currently looking for an organized individual for our project coordinator role in Kabul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Being a Project Coordinator at the AELSO is a unique opportunity for those who enjoy organizing data, events, and people alike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Qualification:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Education:<\/strong> At least bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law, Journalism, Literature and other related field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Work Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Having at least 1-3 years of work experience in managing or assisting projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Other requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Graduated from BBA or Law faculty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Excellent planning &amp; organizing skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proficiency in English written communication and presentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">To be fluent in writing and speaking Pashto, and Dari languages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to work as a member of the AELSO team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">To be flexible having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Conducting regular monitoring and support for the provincials tam and community staff as well as our volunteer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">To review and validated project monthly, quarterly and annual reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Organizing, planning and leading the overall implementation of AELSO\u2019s projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Assist program manager and other key staff in planning and implementing of programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide monthly and quarterly progress report<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ability to identify different funding opportunities and write applicable proposals for raising the funds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
