About: Afghanistan Economic & Legal Studies Organization<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO) is an independent think-tank based in Afghanistan and registered as a non-profit and non-political non-governmental organization with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on December 10, 2009 (Registration Number 1532). The mission of AELSO is to promote the values of individual freedom and of the responsibility of civil society for the creation and sustenance of the institutions of limited government, the rule of law, and the other institutional foundations of the free society. That includes strengthening the institutions of the free-market economy, such as clear definition of, and respect, for property, and promotion of freedom of expression, toleration, human rights, and civil peace.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The graphic designer is expected to record, mix, direct and edit all the video and audio programs of the Afghanistan Economic and Legal Studies Organization (AELSO).<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

An associate’s degree program related to graphic design, such as Multimedia design, Editing for video and audio, Multimedia programming and technology, Advanced Photoshop skills, Adobe premiere and Adobe Audition, Knowledge of different standards software and functionality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s in Computer Science, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field, or 1+ years\u2019 additional experience<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Editing video and audio<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Advanced Photoshop, Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of different standards software and functionality<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to use HD Nikon Cameras and record profession videos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Recording, mixing and editing of the radio programs in Adobe Audition<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Recording and editing of educational videos in Adobe Premiere<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Designing of banners and other marketing materials in Adobe Photoshop<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to direct and work with the Silk Road Station team of AELSO<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Other important ability to use cameras, record and photograph the events and setup sound system<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
