Yar Mohammad Yari<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Yar Mohammad Yari <\/strong>is currently working as a Legal adviser with the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) – Afghanistan. He is responsible for promoting International Humanitarian law through providing advisory and technical support to the government, academicians and civil society organizations in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

Yari is currently pursuing his PhD degree in the field of Public International Law in Azad Islamic University (Central Tehran Branch). He owes a master degree in Public international law from Paym-e- Noor University Kabul Afghanistan and a BA in philosophy from Kabul University. He also has \u00a0diploma on International Human Right law from Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore <\/u><\/em>Italy. He attended many training’s and conferences related to International Human Rights law and International Humanitarian Law inside as well as outside the country.<\/p>\n

Yari has more than 10 years of work experience with International Humanitarian organizations such as CARE international and Action Aid International in Afghanistan. He has a rich experience in program advisory, M&E, Research, Training, Human Rights Based Approach and Program coordination.<\/p>\n

In addition, in past 10 years he served as volunteer instructor of Public International law, Research methodology and Human Rights law and International Humanitarian law in government and private universities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
